It’s easy to get motivated, but it’s very difficult to STAY motivated. How do those people who go to the gym every single day stay motivated? How do those people who wake up at 5am everyday stay motivated?
I know the secret.
Here it is…
They aren’t always motivated, but they ARE consistently disciplined.
They do what they need to do, even when they don’t feel motivated to do it.
And if there’s one thing I can inspire you to do in 2018, it’s to move away from the ebb and flow of “motivation” and step into the practice of discipline.
Like anything else, it’s a habit that you have to create one choice at a time.
It won’t always be easy, but I can promise you it will be oh-so worth it for the results you get and the person you become in the process.
