As someone who’s studied leadership & personal development for years, it’s always amazing to see how much of the material that’s taught by today’s leaders connects back to the lessons that are taught in the Bible.

In this episode, I had the privilege of chatting with someone who has influenced me, challenged me & helped me grow in my faith — my close friend and the lead pastor at Impact Church, Jason Holdridge.

He’s an incredible speaker & writer and we took some time to unpack the Scripture he wrote about in one of my favorite blog series that ties back to being the kind of leader that God wants us to be: bold, brave & committed to changing lives (no matter what the cost is).

Hearing Jason share his own struggles in leadership reminded me of a quote I heard at a leadership conference last week… “People don’t need a leader who’s always right. They need a leader who is REAL.”

We had a real, raw, and refreshing conversation about life, leadership & the lessons we can learn from the Bible about being BOLD and I hope you love it as much as I did!
