Crucial Lessons In Leadership: Casting Vision & Leading With Love

Knowing what I know now, I can honestly say that investing in my leadership from a young age is one of the best and most impactful decisions I’ve ever made for my career.
If you know me personally or follow me online, you know that leadership is one of my absolute favorite topics.
Some might even call me a leadership junkie…
Whether it’s books, leadership conferences, people or podcasts I can learn from, I take every opportunity I can get to soak up new knowledge from other successful leaders.
Remember… success leaves clues!
And if there’s anything I’ve learned over the last 12+ years as a student of leadership, it’s that I still have so much more to learn!
In this episode of What Leaders Do, I’m turning to two people I respect, admire and love to learn from when it comes to leadership… my friends Maribeth Dodd & John Alcala.
They have been learning leadership since their days in middle school & have so much to contribute when it comes to this topic.
We talked about life, what it means to to love your people before you lead them, how to cast a vision that people can rally behind, and so much more.
I loved hearing their stories & wisdom and I have a feeling you will too!
As always, I’d love to hear your feedback and any a-ha moments you have when you listen in…
